This offering is for a ~ 30 minute session for physical, emotional, or whatever type of support you need right now. This can either be guided by my typical protocol of questions for mini sessions or self guided by you and your needs. My intention is to offer my support and knowledge of plants to you and the healing you’re experiencing in real time. These times are something we are all experiencing and processing and support can be so nourishing to the nervous system specifically and also the overall harmony of all your body’s systems.
Custom tea blends, tincture formulations, and other remedies are available for a small fee and also sliding scale - you can let me know if you are interested in this when you contact me or at the end of the session. Within a reasonable distance I may be able to deliver your remedies - 10/15 minute radius from Bushwick, Brooklyn or by mail.
I began my journey with plants about 8 years ago and since I have studied first and foremost with the plants themselves. I have been developing my apothecary and community practice for 4+ years now - infusing seasonal + spirit inspired medicinal remedies for preventative health care and energetic nourishment.
